The purpose of this letter is to introduce Mrs. TroyEllen Wenze. I have had the privilege of working with TroyEllen for approximately six years. She is hard working, respectful, dedicated and an honest Real Estate agenet. TroyEllen has worked with several of my V.I.P. corporate transferees. She guides the transferee from start to finish, including hiring contractors for needed or requested repairs, meeting with appraisers, loan officers and any other job required of her as a Real Estate agent. She has received high marks from our corporate relocation companies. TroyEllen understands the stresses of a corporate move (most transerees have to fly back and forth from their new job to their present job -a lot of traveling time). To help alleviate the stresses of such a move, TroyEllen will often pick up their mail, feed their dogs, water their plants and do whatever it takes to ensure that their transition is a smooth one. TroyEllen is definitely a "doer" and not a "complainer." She never makes excuses as to why she can not accomplish any given task. She just does it. After having decided to leave California and putting money down on a new house in Florida, my husband and I had to sell our home in California very quickly. We chose TroyEllen as our realtor, which was the best thing we could have ever done. She walked us through the enitre process of selling, including tips on how to make our home as saleable as possible. She explained to us how to streamline the look of our home, how to make it appear light and airy, and added suggestions for little touches even down to the flower color in our front yard. We had been incrediably concerned about the length of time it would take to sell our California home, but after following the suggestions offered by Troy, our house sold literally the Monday after we had put it up for sale. We could't belive how incrediably fortunate we were, considering that there has been a slowdown in the market in our area.
Troy was there for us as well during the entire time between the buyer's offer and closing. She helped us locate a fairly-priced but quality termite inspection company, as well as a contractor to help fix up the little things the inspection report produced. She also recommended a moving company, which turned out to provide us with an incrediably smooth, reasonably-priced moving experience. She followed up with us every day and I feel very fortunate that Troy acted as our real estate agent.
I can highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in any facet of the home selling or buying process. She is honest, up-front and very thorough. We are so very happy that we chose TroyEllen; I do not believe the process would have gone as smoothly for us without her.
